Returns & Exchange Policy

At CINO we understand that refunds and exchanges may be requested, for this reason we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange of the item/s within within 14 days of the delivered date.

  • Items must be unworn, unstained and have no evidence of odours
  • Items must have all tags attached and in its original packaging
  • Returns are only eligible for full priced items, any purchases made using discount codes or during sale periods are only eligible for exchanges
  • All returns costs are payable by the customer, we recommend using a tracked service. If the return does not reach us then we will not be able to process the item.

Once confirmed we will allocate a Returns Authorisation number and advise the return shipping address (London, UK).

Once we have received your returned items and they have been inspected by our team, a confirmation email will be sent. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days, if for any reason it has surpassed 10 working days and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cinoapparel.com

All exchanges will be sent via standard delivery.
